11 years ago, during General Conference weekend, I met Arthur at a lunch party hosted by some friends at Harvard. We were both in the Cambridge University Ward in Massachusetts. I overheard Arthur say that he was from Sacramento and I immediately had to introduce myself to him as I was also from Sacramento. Almost exactly 4 years later, we were married in the Oakland, CA Temple.

happy anniversary!!! I love the wedding pic!! you guys totally look the same (in a very complimentary way) curteis and I also met during an october general conference (who would guess conference could be spiritual AND romantic) AND were married in the Oakland temple (2 weeks before the following general conference-we were insane!)- must be a good time to meet and a good place to get married!

What is it about General Conference weekend in October? We got engaged 9 yrs ago during that weekend!
